Had a fantastic new year break at this hotel. The indoor pool was perfect, especially during the chilly evenings. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location overlooking the sea and nearby lake was stunning. It was great to be able to stroll around the perimeter of the lake in the sunshine. The selection of food on offer was varied and delicious.

Although the indoor pool was great, the outdoor pools were a little too cold to enjoy in the winter weather. The room was spacious but didn't feel very cosy, with stark white walls and plain decor.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Some of the furniture and areas in the lobby were stained and marked. the menu at the buffet could use more variation and flavor.

I loved the spacious and well-designed superior rooms that were meticulously clean. The hotel's location near the beach and amphitheater was convenient for me. The breakfast had a good variety and was consistently delicious. The staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful throughout my stay.

We recently returned from a wonderful family holiday in Turkey. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to the beach, a lovely walk around the nearby lake and a bus stop just outside for trips to fascinating nearby harbours and ruins. Our spacious room was cleaned daily and we were pleased with the comfortable beds and airy bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the fresh food at breakfast and the hotel facilities, including the pool and animation team.

We were slightly disappointed by the lack of variety in the lunch and dinner options, which became repetitive after a while.
